Thank you for this wonderful article and great explanation. One thing – Under the heading “Show interfaces switchport” there is a table which describe each line of output. In the last row “Notice SwitchX’s trunk port was limited to just VLANs 20 and 30, and this is reflected in the output above.” I think that’s not SwitchX’ trunk port that’s SwitchY’s trunk port.
